Walking Ticket
Includes a 0.85-mile walk through the light show, starting on the paved upper gardens path and continuing on the mulched lower gardens path.
Wagon Ticket
Includes a 0.5-mile walk through the paved upper gardens path, followed by a 0.4-mile wagon ride on the mulched lower gardens path.
- Wagons seat 20 guests, with limited availability each night.
- Guests must climb into the wagon; please bring assistance if needed.
- Wagon rides are first come, first served based on your entrance time.
- Last wagon ride entry is at 7 pm.
- Last wagon ride leaves at 7:30 pm.
Note: A Wagon Ticket includes the walking experience—no additional Walking Ticket purchase is necessary.
Accessible Golf Cart Ticket
For guests with limited mobility plus up to three additional riders in their group (including space for a wheelchair). It includes a golf cart ride through 0.4 miles of the mulched path in the lower gardens.
- The golf cart does not travel through the upper gardens. The first half of the light show includes the 0.5-mile walk through paved pathways suitable for a mobility aid.
- Only one Golf Cart Ticket is available per timeslot.
- Up to three additional group members can purchase Walking Tickets and join the Accessible Golf Cart rider.
- Check in at Admissions when you arrive and let a team member know you have an Accessible Golf Cart ticket.

- $3 order fee applies to online sales for the General Public. No fees apply online for Garden members.
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
No refunds or resale on tickets. By purchasing your tickets online, you have agreed to these terms.

What if I'm late or miss my time slot?
You have 30 minutes after your selected time to arrive. Late arrivals may be accommodated based on availability, but entry isn’t guaranteed. No entry after 8:30 pm. Tickets are non-refundable.
If I book the wrong date or time, can I change my ticket(s)?
You can reschedule your tickets 24 hours or more before your scheduled date and time. No rescheduling or refunds within 24 hours before your scheduled date and time. Contact our Guest Experience Team at 920.490.9457 to reschedule. There will be a $5 service fee per order. Fee applies to Garden members and the general public.
