Event Details

Event capacity and parking are limited. Dated and timed entry tickets must be purchased in advance for all members and guests to ensure your desired date is available.

Entry times are every 30 minutes beginning at 4:30 pm with the last entry at 8:30 pm. Lights out at 9 pm.
 
Walking Ticket
This ticket includes a .85 mile walking tour of Green Bay Botanical Garden featuring paved pathways in the upper gardens before arriving at the mulched pathways of the lower gardens.
 
Wagon Ticket
This ticket includes a .5 mile walking tour of the paved pathways in the upper gardens before arriving at the wagon ride which covers .4 miles of the mulched pathways in the lower gardens. Wagons seat 20 guests each and have limited availability each night. The ability to climb into the wagon is required for riding. If you require assistance, please bring someone to assist you into the wagon.
 

Wagon Tickets are first come, first served based on your entrance time. The last wagon ride entry time is at 7 pm. The last wagon ride leaves at 7:30 pm.

  • $3 order fee applies to online sales for the General Public. No fees apply online for Garden members.
  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
No refunds or resale on tickets. By purchasing your tickets online, you have agreed to these terms.
 
 

Garden Members

To receive your $3 off online service fee discount, you must log in in the upper right corner under "My Account" using the email address associated with your membership to ensure your account is linked. If you’re unsure which email address we have on file, please give us a call at 920.490.9457.
 
Note: If you created an account last year as a member, you can use the same email and password. If you are a new member or did not create an account last year, you must create a new account. Select "Create Account" in the upper right corner. 
 

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I'm late or miss my time slot?
You have 30 minutes after your selected time to arrive. If you arrive late, we will try and accommodate you based on availability in the next time slot, but admission is not guaranteed. Please be aware that there is no entry after 8:30 pm. Tickets will not be refunded if you are unable to make your scheduled date and timed entry.
 
If I book the wrong date or time, can I change my ticket(s)?
You can reschedule your tickets if it’s 72 hours or more before your scheduled date and time. You cannot reschedule within 72 hours before your scheduled date and time, and tickets will not be refunded if you are unable to make it. Contact our Guest Experience Team at 920.490.9457 or [email protected] to reschedule your tickets. There will be a $5 service fee per order. This fee applies to Garden members and the general public.
