Group experience focused on relaxation, restoration and re-balancing the mind, body, spirit. You'll be surprised at the beauty and resonance of the gong and its ancient healing tones. Find out for yourself. You're in good hands with Brenda.
Dress comfortably. Please bring a mat, pillow, and blanket. The floor is hard - bring two yoga mats if you can!
Summer classes will be held outside, weather permitting, with an indoor location available as needed.
